We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. Every watch purchased from our official store is protected by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects.

1. What’s Covered

  • Movement faults and functional issues.
  • Manufacturing defects affecting the hands, dial, or case.
  • Battery failure within the first 6 months.

2. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap wear, fading, or discoloration).
  • Accidental damage, misuse, impact, or neglect.
  • Water damage caused by misuse or exposure beyond the standard water resistance of the watch.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.

3. How to Make a Claim

  1. Email contact@onolaofficial.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the defect.
  2. Attach your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
  3. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with next steps and instructions for inspection or return.
  4. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no cost. If neither is possible, you may receive a refund or discount toward a new purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.

5. Scope

This warranty applies only to original purchasers through our official store or authorized partners. It does not cover second-hand or resold items and does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
