1. 14-Day Returns
You may return any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must include original packaging, protective films, stickers, tags, and all accessories.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email contact@onolaofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will respond within 2 business days with detailed instructions and the return address.
- After inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Returns sent without prior email notification or without an order number may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: return shipping costs are covered by us.
- Change of mind or non-defective items: return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- We do not accept packages sent “Cash on Delivery” (COD) — such shipments will be refused.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and verified.
5. Return Packaging
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or untracked returns.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged watches showing signs of wear.
- Items missing original packaging or components.
- Personalized or engraved products.
