2. Products
Our watches are designed and branded in Europe and fulfilled via trusted partners located in China. Colours and minor finishes may vary slightly from images due to lighting, materials, or production batches.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in USD and processed through secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and others).
- Orders may be cancelled or delayed in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.
4. Shipping
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs and local carrier performance. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Tracking numbers are provided when available from our logistics partners.
5. Returns & Warranty
Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return their order under EU consumer rights.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- If the product is returned without a valid reason (not a warranty claim), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our fulfillment warehouse in China.
Our watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling (including scratches, strap wear, or accidental breakage).

6. Liability
MW Watches is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by customs, strikes, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

All designs, photos, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of MW Watches. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU consumer regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
